Mia is a fitness enthusiast with years of experience in the gym environment. With a sole focus on strength and resistance training, Mia aims to empower females to be strong and confident.
The fitness and nutrition industry is a minefield of misconceptions, that you’re going to get ‘too bulky’ lifting weights. The opposite is true, muscle creates the ‘tone’ we all long for, the strong bones that support us, the endorphins that make us happy, and more importantly, the empowerment to be your most confident YOU. The gym is a hub for self-development mentally and physically, and my aim is to guide you through it.
Whether it’s weight loss, strength, or general confidence and body image development. We can reach those goals together, without missing out on your social occasions OR putting your life on hold.
Although it seems scary, with a solid plan personalised to YOU, and my smiley energy- you’ll be excited for your sessions (or so she says 😀)
